Carol Baker

Biography

Carol is originally from Greenville, South Carolina. After spending two decades out of state, she returned home to the Palmetto State and joined Advanced Prosthetics in Human Resources. In her role, Carol supports recruiting, onboarding, and team member engagement across our clinics serving central and northern South Carolina and the greater Charlotte–Gastonia area.

“What I love most about working here is how humbling it is,” Carol says. “Our patients show such strength and resiliency.” That perspective keeps her focused on building a supportive workplace so our clinical teams can deliver exceptional care and outcomes. Outside the office, Carol loves spending time in the mountains with her husband, children, and grandchildren, making the most of family time whenever she can.
