Daniel Cloy

Bio

Daniel Cloy is the marketing director at Advanced Prosthetics. He oversees the operations in North and South Carolina and is a member of our leadership team. Daniel has twelve years of experience in the field and acts as a patient/referral source liaison as well as a peer visitor. Daniel was born without both of his legs and left hand which helps him connect with patients on their rehab journey. He played high school and college baseball as a pitcher for nationally ranked teams. Additionally, he serves on the OTA board at Greenville Technical College. Daniel is happily married and lives in Greenville, SC with their two dogs.

Personal Interests

• What are your interests or hobbies outside of work? I like the construction and development field. Creating fun spaces and using my imagination and creativity to bring a place to life is something that brings me a lot of joy.
• Do you have a favorite quote or motto that guides you? "I use all their negativity as positivity and fuel to get me to where I need to go." -David Goggins
• What do you love about being part of this practice? Growing up, my parents made countless sacrifices for me. Today, I feel honored to pay that forward by supporting others and sharing the wisdom they instilled in me. No one should have to navigate life-changing challenges like having an amputation or adjusting to a prosthetic without support. We all need to help each other.
• Any fun facts you’d like patients to know? I have been featured on The Walking Dead.
