Tabitha Calvert, CF

Biography

Tabitha Calvert has thirteen years experience at Advanced Prosthetics. She has been involved in our office administration, billing, and insurance departments. She now serves as our RCM Director and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Patients and staff are always meet with her bubbly personality and wonderful problem solving mindset.

• What are your interests or hobbies outside of work?  I love music of all kinds, especially musicals. The musical activities we engage in as a family, such as learning new instruments and attending concerts and musicals together, create a warm and connected bond. Our youngest child is following in the footsteps of my two older sons in theater, music, and chorus. My favorite activities include spending time with my family, hiking with friends, and attending as many Broadway shows as possible!
  
• Do you have a favorite quote or motto that guides you?  A life is truly worthwhile only when it is lived for the benefit of others.
• What do you love about being part of this practice? I truly enjoy the opportunity to constantly learn and grow within my current role. I value being challenged and given the chance to develop new skills, and my leader has been very supportive in providing resources and opportunities for professional development. For example, I recently took on a project that required me to learn a new software, and I was able to leverage my existing knowledge and skills to quickly become proficient. This experience not only allowed me to expand my skillset but also gave me a greater sense of accomplishment and confidence. This ability to continuously learn and adapt is something I believe is crucial for success, and I'm eager to apply that same mindset to this new opportunity.
• Any fun facts you’d like patients to know? We have a pet turtle, Wilbur, and a bunny, Jasper :)
